SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship worldwide using EPG | ISS (International Shipping System) and GLS courier service. Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Once the item is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. For made-to-order and backordered items, as soon as the order has been placed, confirmation email with the anticipated date of shipment will be sent. Some pieces are made by hand and it might take 3-4 weeks for piece to be created for you. We do all we can to meet the expected date of delivery.
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Some countries have high import duties and taxes, and we want to ensure that your order does not incur any extra fees. If you have any questions, please contact us for more information.
Returns are accepted on unworn items in exchange for store credit that is equal to the value of the item purchased. You must notify us within 7 days upon your receipt of item as stated on the online postal tracking. Returned item must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered and in resalable condition, with all original labels and swing tickets attached. Return post is the responsibility of the customer. Items should be sent with trackable shipping services. We are not responsible for damaged-in-transit or lost returns. A notification email will be sent as soon as the return is processed. Please note that the original shipping fees are not included in the store credit. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. We are currently a small team and as we grow we hope to work on this policy with more flexibility.
